Stern Law primarily acts for plaintiffs in claims for damages for a person who claims to have suffered loss and damage by reason of the conduct of another person. We primarily act for plaintiffs on a conditional fee basis, that is, we do not charge for our time and effort unless there is a successful outcome. By successful outcome we genuinely mean that it must be a ‘win-win’ outcome where at the end of the day the client feels comfortable with the result.
We truly believe in alternative dispute resolution including mediation and take all reasonable steps to help our clients arrive at early finalisation of the case by these means, if at all possible.
