This is a further testimony – a gift from a client whom we represented in a cosmetics case 2 years ago (as of 2024).
The inscription is ‘Sir Terence’ and the ‘S’ in the middle you might think is Superman because that is the view the client had – Terry was her hero. The case was an extraordinarily difficult claim involving a psychologist not respecting sexual boundaries and causing harm to our client who was a young woman. The case required the utmost sensitivity, it was handled by Melanie Stern who was superb in her relations to the client and Terry whose technical abilities and understanding of the law are among the best in the profession.
